榄香烯对人食管癌EC9706细胞中eIF4E表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨榄香烯对人食管癌EC9706细胞中eIF4E蛋白表达的影响。方法分别用不同浓度榄香烯处理人食管癌EC9706细胞,并采用免疫细胞化学SP法检测eIF4E蛋白的表达情况。结果不同浓度的榄香烯均可下调人食管癌EC9706细胞中eIF4E蛋白表达,榄香烯作用组与对照组两两相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论榄香烯可通过下调人食管癌EC9706细胞中eIF4E蛋白的表达,从而抑制食管癌EC9706细胞的生长、浸润和转移。
