摘要
以妇幼保健院创等达标为契机，湖北省妇幼保健院对护理工作实行规范化管理，完善各项管理制度，增强了各项医疗护理规章制度在实际工作中的管理效能。通过抓“三基”培训，提高了护理人员的专业技术水平，在强化医院感染管理、巩固爱婴医院成果中突出“以病人为中心”，坚持“质量第一”的观念，增强了护理人员的质量意识和责任心，护理质量有了明显提高。
MCH hospital of Hubei province takes chalking up grade and reaching the mark of MCH hospital,puts the canonical management into practice for the nursing work and perfects management,so that the management efficiency of rules and regulations of medical nursing was been strengthened in practivce.By training of technical ability,technique and skill,professional technical level of nursing staff has been raised.The quality ideology and sense of responsibility of nursing staff have been heightened.The nursing quality of the MCH hospital has been distinctly raised.
