民营经济是社会主义市场经济主体之一,是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。行业协会作为一种重要的非营利、非政府性组织,可以在民营经济发展过程中发挥重要作用。本文对行业协会在促进民营经济发展中发挥作用进行了理论分析,并指出行业协会在促进民营经济发展过程中存在的诸多阻碍因素,最后提出完善行业协会建设,促进民营经济快速发展的相关对策。

Private economy is one of the dominant sectors in the socialist market economy as well as an important component in our national economy. As an important non - profit and non - governmental organization （NGO）, trade association will play a key role in promoting the development of non - state - owned economy. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the roles of trade association in promoting the development of non - state -owned economy, discusses obstructive factors in that process and puts forward some countermeasures.
