摘要
房地产项目的经济评价是指从开发商的角度来衡量一个项目的收益率。而房地产项目的经济评价是否正确完全取决于用合理的方法和指标组建起来的评价体系,本文通过对房地产开发项目的动态和静态评价指标进行统计分析从而得出科学的经济评价。
The economic evaluation of a real estate project refers to weighing the returns ratio of a project from the angle of a developer. But whether the economic evaluation of a real estate project is correct or not is completely determined by the evaluation system composed of reasonable methods and targets. This paper aims at obtaining scientific economic evaluation of a real estate project by statistical analysis on the static and dynamic evaluation targets of a real estate project.
