本文从高校本科教学评估与教学档案建设的视角出发,指出建立一支具备较强档案工作素质的教学管理人员队伍是高校教学评估与教学档案建设的前提,由此阐述了教学管理人员应具备的档案工作素质,同时提出按照教育部要求和主要评估观测点进行材料搜集、整理和研究,是现阶段高校教学档案建设的当务之急。

From the perspective of university undergraduate teaching evaluation and teaching archives construction, the paper points out that the establishment of a teaching management staff team with high quality of archives recording skills is the precondition for university teaching evaluation and teaching archives construction, discusses the archives recording quality of teaching management staff and puts forward that it is urgent to collect, coordinate and research materials according to the requirements laid down by the Ministry of Education and main evaluation observation points.
