Mood is a special grammar resource for expressing the interpersonal meanings. Analyzing mood is an important factor to distinguish the interpersonal relationship between speakers. This paper randomly chooses a conversation from the online radio talk shows and analyzes the interactive characteristics between the participant and the host. The purpose is to explore how mood reflects status and power in the conversation.
