关于民办高等教育引领文化发展的思考

Reflections on Roles of Community-run Higher Education in Leading Cultural Development

文章从国际私立大学和公办高等教育引领文化发展的视角出发,对我国民办高等教育的文化功能进行了分析。提出虽然目前我国民办高等教育的总量还比较小,但就其规模发展和质量提高的速度来看,其中一些高质量的民办大学赶超公办大学只是时间问题。所以随着我国民办高等教育在质量和规模上的不断发展,对文化的引领作用也是必然的。

The paper, from the perspective of the roles of foreign private and public universities in leading the cultural development, analyzes the cultural roles of our community - run higher education and puts forward the view that although such institutions are small in number, yet in terms of scale and quality, some quality ones will surpass the public universities which is only a matter of time, in this way, it is inevitable for them to lead the cultural development.
