摘要
通过对郊区化和郊区住区问题的分析,提出了一种成功的郊区住区开发模式,并从通勤方式、营销策划、规划设计、建筑设计、景观设计、物业管理、工程开发等几个方面对这种模式进行了介绍,并由此得出了对郊区住区开发的建议。
Through analyzing suburbanization and residential district in the suburb, the article protosses a successful development pattern of residential district in the suburb, and introduces the node from conunuting pattern, marketing planning, planning design, architectural design, landscape design, property management, and engineering development, in order to make some suggestions for the development of the residential district in the suburb.
