针对如何在复杂条件下正确选择基础形式的问题,以扬州江海学院五层砖混宿舍楼为例,对多层砖混结构在软弱地基情况下基础形式的确定进行了分析比较,并阐述了基础选择与造价、工期以及与结构整体性之间的关系,以供参考。

In light of the problem of correctly selecting foundation types under complex conditions, the author contrasts the determination of multi-layer brick-concrete structure＇s foundation type under the circumstance of soft foundation taking the five-layer brick-concrete dormitory in Yangzhou Jianghai Collage as an example, and illustrates the relationships among the selection of foundation type, cost, time limit and structural integrity, in order to offer a reference.
