Discussion on the security management elements of highway engineering construction unit

针对交通部新颁布的《公路水运工程安全生产监督管理办法》,就公路施工单位安全管理的要点分别从安全生产条件和安全生产责任两方面进行论述,以便于施工单位迅速、准确地应用法规,提高安全管理水平,有效规避责任风险。

In light of the method of supervision and management of highway and waterway engineering safe production which is newly issued by traffic department, this paper discusses the element of highway construction unit＇ s security management from safe production conditions and safe production responsibility, in order to help the construction unit carry out the code rapidly and accurately, to increase safety management level, and to effectively avoid responsibility risks.
