摘要
论述了建筑节能的意义,分析了我国建筑节能的现状,并从规范新建工程建设各方市场行为、开展既有建筑的节能改造工作以及建筑节能技术培训工作等方面阐述了如何搞好建筑节能工作,以改善生态环境,保证节能目标的实现。
The meanings of building energy-saving are discussed. Based upon analysis of present energy-saving situations of buildings in our country question how to do building energy-saving work well is elalyorated from normalize nmrket mnducts of very parts in new-buih engineering, carrying out energy-saving reconstruction of built-up buildings, architectural energy ,saving technique training and other aspects in order to improve ecological environment to realize energy-saving objectives.
