浅谈日本工程造价管理

从日本建设业管理体系、计价依据、招投标制度及人士制度四个方面对日本工程造价管理的一些特点作了较为详细的介绍,并与国内的情况作了相应比较,以提高人们对日本工程造价管理的认识,从而使我国的造价管理体系逐渐成熟。

The following paper introduces some characteristics of engineering cost management in Japan from management system of Japanese building industry, valuation basis, bidding system and personnel system, and compares them with the conditions at home, in order to improve people＇s knowledge on Japanese engineering cost management and make our cost management system generally mature.
