摘要
试验采用不同水势(0Mpa、-0.2Mpa、-0.6Mpa和-1.2Mpa)的PEG-6000溶液对2004年和2006年采收的达乌里胡枝子种子进行0d、1d和2d的引发处理。结果表明:对于2004年采收的种子,引发1d和引发2d均能显著提高种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和发芽速度(p<0.01)。而-0.6Mpa的PEG-6000溶液引发却显著降低了种子的活力指数和发芽速度(p<0.05);对于2006年采收的种子,引发1d和2d均能显著提高种子的活力指数(p<0.01),同时降低种子的发芽势、发芽指数和发芽速度(p<0.01)。水势为-0.2Mpa的PEG-6000溶液引发能显著提高其发芽势(p<0.05),而-1.2Mpa的PEG-6000溶液引发却显著降低了种子的发芽指数和活力指数(p<0.05)。
The seeds of Lespedeza dahurica which harvested in 2004 and 2006 was treated with polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG-6000) liquor of different water potential (0Mpa, -0.2Mpa, -0.6Mpa and -1.2Mpa) for different times (0day, 1day, and 2days) .The results showed that priming for lday or 2days could significantly enhanced germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vital index and germination speed (p〈0.01) of the seed harvested in 2004, but priming with -0.6Mpa significantly reduced vital index and germination speed (p〈0.05) .For the seed harvested in 2006, priming for lday or 2days could significantly enhanced vital index, but significantly reduced germination potential, germination index and germination speed (p〈0.01) .PEG liquor priming with -0.2Mpa could significantly enhanced germination potential (p〈0.05) , but priming with -1.2Mpa significantly reduced germination index and vital index (p〈0.05) .
