摘要
介绍了58.3 tex棉氨纶包芯竹节纱在生产过程中容易出现的一些问题,比如露芯、无芯等包覆不良,竹节规律性排列和无规律性聚集,没有竹节,"大肚纱"等。从设备、工艺和操作等方面阐述了解决这些问题的具体措施。
In this paper are introduced some easy-caused problems in producing 58.3 tex cotton/spandex core-spun slub yarn, such as no slub, poor covering and forming big-belly yarn. And concrete measures to solve the problems from the view point of equipment, technology and operation are detailed.
