外科感染性休克并发多脏器功能衰竭的治疗(附41例报告)

Treatment of Surgical Septic Shock with Multiple Organs Failure (Report of 41 Cases)

本文报告了治疗外科感染性休克合并ＭＯＦ４１例经验，关键在于尽早综合治疗休克：清除原发病灶，抗感染；改善微循环，包括补充有效循环血量，纤延酸中毒，抗凝治疗，扩血管药物等；支持内脏功能。丹参注射液是一个安全有效的ＤＩＣ抗凝药物。

Surgical septic shock with MOF was treated in 41 cases.The mortality was 46,34 per cent.The experiences were as follows:Shock had to be rescued with comprehensive method as early as possible,such as removing the primary infectious lesion and using antibiotics improving microcirculation,including infusion to give the patient effective blood circulatory volume,correcting acidosis,anticoagulation,dilatation drugs of the blood vessels,etc;and supporting the functions of crgans.It was thought that the Radix Salviae Miliorrbizae injection was an effective and safe anticcagulaticn to treat DIC.
