Current Situation of Sichuan Edible Fungi Industry

综述了四川食用菌近30年的发展历程,展示了品种选育、栽培、加工及副产物利用的产业现状,针对新形势下四川菌业的发展需求,就合理开发利用野生资源、重视品质选育、创新生产技术以及功能拓展、科技支撑平台建设等产业发展方向进行了探析。

There summarized the histories of Sichuan edible fungi industry in the recent 30 years, which showed the current situation of edible fungi breeding, cultivation, processing and utilization of byproducts. To meet Sichuan edible fungi development needs under the new situation, some advices and guiding measurements were put forward for rational development and utilization of wild edible fungi resources, the conservation of valuable rare fungi, regional characteristics and spectator edible fungi breeding, value-added processing, func- tional development, the comprehensive utilization of byproducts, etc.
