The report of the party＇ s 17th conference first proposes the idea of ＇ the reinforcement and improvement of ideological and political work as well as the emphasis on humanistic concem and psychological leading＇. The two new terms such as humanistic concern and psychological leading reflect both new change and arrival of new era in the CPC＇s ideological and political work.
