摘要
干部教育的根本目标在于建设高素质的干部队伍。江泽民干部教育思想是"三个代表"重要思想的有机组成部分。学习和研究江泽民干部教育思想,对于加强党的思想建设、组织建设和队伍建设,全面推进干部教育培训工作具有重大的现实指导意义。
The fundamental goal of cadre＇ s education lies on the construction of high quality of cadre＇ s group. Jingzemin＇ s idea on cadre＇ s education is organic component of ideal of ＇ three representatives＇. It is of guiding significance to make research on his idea for the enhancement of the party＇ s construction in ideology, organization and group and the improvement of training work for cadre＇s education in an all-round way.
