On Probe into Restrictive Factors of Land Desertification Controlling in Western China——On Analysis with Respect of the Interests

土地荒漠化类型的多样性、分布的广泛性、起因的复杂性表明防治荒漠化是一项长期的、艰巨的系统工程。目前荒漠化防治形势严峻,不同行为主体目标的冲突、不同区域主体利益的冲突、个体不同层次需求的冲突制约着土地荒漠化防治。

Land desertification controlling proves to be a long-term arduous project, which results from the diversity in its types, its extensive distribution and its complicated reasons. At present, it is restricted by its severe situation conceming conflicts of goal among different acting subjects, of benefits in different regional subjects and of individual demand in different levels.
