摘要
脂肪在人体内的贮存量比糖丰富,但机体氧化脂肪酸的能力有限,限制利用贮存脂肪的原因至今尚未完全阐明。线粒体脂肪氧化作为脂肪代谢的限速步骤,从许多方面影响机体FA氧化,如线粒体肉碱酰基转移酶(CPT)系统、多种线粒体膜结合蛋白、磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶(AMPK),运动对其影响的研究结果不一。在此综述骨骼肌线粒体脂肪氧化对脂肪代谢的作用以及运动对其的影响。
In human body, the stock of fat is richer than carbohydrate. However, the capacity of fatty acid oxidation is limited. The reasons for restrictions on the use of stored fat have not yet been fully explained. Lipid oxidation of mitochondria is the restricted step,which effect fatty acid oxidation from many aspects, such as mitochondria CPT system, various of mitochondria membrane-associated proteins, AMPK and so on. There are many results about the effects of exercise on it. This paper aims to outline the effects of lipid oxidation of mitochondria on lipid metabolism in skeletal muscle and the effects of exercise on it.
