色谱指纹图谱在区分3种引种松果菊中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测(HPLC-DAD)技术,建立了同时满足不同品种松果菊指纹图谱测定要求的色谱条件,以及紫花松果菊花的色谱指纹图谱模型.用DAD最大值化技术和蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)评估检测结果并验证指纹图谱的信息量.用采集的色谱-光谱信息和对照品推断及确定特征成分.紫花松果菊花模板的色谱峰个数达到总个数的88%,信息量达到总量的63%.该研究提出评估指纹图谱模板质量的思路,并为区分易混淆的植物药材提供了一种新的合理、可靠的方法模式. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with photodiode array detection (DAD) techniques was used to set up the fingerprint chromatogram condition for the analysis of different kinds of Echinacea species and the fingerprint model of the flowers of E. purpurea. The max-plot function of the DAD and evaporation light scattering detector (ELSD) were utilized to evaluate the information of the proposed method. The collected chromatogram-spectrum information and the standards were used to deduce and confirm the characteristic components. Compared to the total peaks number and total information volume, the peak number and the information volume of the model of E. purpurea were 88% and 63% ,respectively. This work put forward a way for evaluating the quality of fingerprint model, and provided a novel, reasonable and reliable method for the differentiation of resembling herbal medicines.
