摘要
本文提出一种模线图形的数字化处理方法.介绍了模线图形的数字化实现过程,基于模线图形特征给出了模线图形灰度图像二值化与细化、图形拟合以及分幅扫描图形拼接等一些关键算法,并以工程模线图形样板为例,采用模块化程序验证了该方法的可行性.实例分析表明,本文提出的模线图形数字化处理方法具有较高的识别精度,在飞机数字化制造方面具有工程应用价值.
This paper presents the digitized processing method for lofting Drawing. Firsdy, the author has introduced the realization course of the digitized lofting drawing. Then based on the characteristic of lofting drawing some key algorithms, such as the grey image binarization and refining,the fitting curve and mosaic for the format-separated scan images, are proposed. And finally taking some lofting drawing plates as examples the feasibility of the method have been verified through the module procedure. Case Analysis show that the digital lofting drawing processing method has a high recognition accuracy, and has using value of projects in the digitization manufacture of aircraft.
