摘要
阐述了轴装式串联少齿差行星传动装置的结构特点,分析了该装置可实现多种输入输出方式的传动特性及速比关系。为验证其传动特点,以ADAMS为平台,结合Unigraphics软件建立了该装置的三维仿真模型,施加不同的约束条件,进行了各种输入输出方式的运动学仿真和结果分析,仿真结果与理论分析结果基本一致。研究结果亦说明运用虚拟样机技术进行新型结构的运动分析是方便可行的。
The structural characteristic of a spindle-set series few teeth difference epicyclic gear transmission system is expounded,the multi-input or multi-output transmission characteristic and the velocity ratiosare.For demonstrating the systemic transmission characteristic,the motion simulation and results analysis to every input-output type are realized based on ADAMS platform under combining with three-mensional simulation model in Unigraphic.The simulation results are in accord with the theoretical analysis ones.The results also show that it is practical to the new system kinematics analysis through the virtual prototype.
