摘要
对于平面凸轮机构的运动分析可以用高副低代的方法将其转化成平面连杆机构来进行,而高副低代后关键的问题是如何在已知平面凸轮廓线的基础上求解凸轮的曲率半径。另外,在平面凸轮机构的综合中,一般也要验算凸轮轮廓曲线的曲率半径。本文详细介绍了如何用三次样条插值法求解凸轮廓线为离散点的平面凸轮曲率半径方法,并给出了一个例子加以验证。
The kinematic analysis of a planar cam mechanism can be realized by applying substitute equivalent linkage instead of higher pair.The main point by the way is how to calculate the curvative radius of the planar cam profile.In the meantime the radius of curvative of the planar cam profile should be tested in the synthesis of the planar cam mechanism.A method of determining the curvative radius of a planar cam profile by Cubic Spline Differentiation is proposed and an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness.
