摘要
将农村人力资本纳入LUCAS模型和扩展后的LUCAS-PEST模型,并对其外部性进行研究,结果表明扩展后的LUCAS-PEST模型更适合我国国情。农村人力资本对农村总产出表现出的正外部性和农村人力资本对总产出表现出的负外部性表明当前开发农村人力资本非常必要。
The article studies the externality of rural human capital which is adopted into LUCAS model and expands LUCAS-PEST model. The result shows that the LUCAS-PEST model is the one most suitable to China. The fact that positive externality rural human capital acts on the rural total output and negative externality rural human capital acts on the total output indicates that currently it is very important to develop the rural human resources.
