A Study on the Bottleneck Identification of Constraint Theory

The analysis first focuses on the core part of constraint theory and key steps of implementation, followed by the discussion of the time of bottleneck and the basic principles of time slot division. On the base of taking into account the time of transportation and detection in processing, the methods of bottle- neck identification are presented according to time slots, and its effectiveness has been proved by the specific examples.
