摘要
针对高速防滑轴承的加工关键──外环非圆波瓣形滚道的加工问题,提出了一个有效的计算机控制磨削方案,介绍了解决的关键技术问题和实际加工结果。
For high speed roller bearings used in aircraft engines,the roller's slipping is one of main causes which result in bearing damage. A kind of new roller bearings having non circular inner race is proved to be an effective method to solve the slipping problem. In this paper, a strategy to grinding the trilobed inner race by using the linear motor control technique is presented and illustrated. The practical machining experiment has been made and the machining results are satisfactory.
