摘要
目的比较心理教育对首发精神分裂症及慢性精神分裂症的康复作用。方法对首发精神分裂症及慢性精神分裂症进行为期4周的心理教育并随访1年,比较BPRS、SI、GAS、SDSS及复发、服药情况。结果心理教育对首发精神分裂症和慢性精神分裂症均有良好的康复作用,对首发精神分裂症康复作用优于慢性精神分裂症。结论对精神分裂症越早进行心理教育康复效果越好。
Objective To compare the effect of healing of pshehological education between episod schizophrenias and chronic schizophrenias. Methods Following 4 weeks of pshehological education, recurrence rate of schizophrenics and use of medicament were evaluated and the scores of brief psychiatric rating seale(BPRS), pathogenetic condition Severity indicatrix(SI), general ability scale(GAS), social disability screening schedule(SDSS) were graded respectively in one-year follow-up. Results The good effect of healing was received in initial schizophrenias and chronic schizophrenias who were given pshchological education, and this ef feet will be better in initial schizophrenias. Conclusion In the treatment of schizophrenia, we found that the earlier psychological education, the better effect of healing.
