摘要
目的探究公安刑技人员工作倦怠、工作压力源、离职意愿和工作满意度的相互影响。方法采用修订的工作倦怠、工作压力源、离职意愿、工作满意度量表,对8省783名公安刑技人员进行调查分析。结果1公安刑技人员工作自主性缺乏、角色模糊、工作负荷对降低的工作效能影响显著;2工作自主性缺乏、工作负荷对情感耗竭影响显著,工作负荷对疏离影响显著;3情感耗竭、降低的工作效能对工作满意度有影响作用;4情感耗竭、疏离对离职意愿影响作用明显。
Objective To find the relations among the job-burnout, job-stress, turnover intention and job-satisfaction in criminal techniques police. Methods 783 criminal techniques police in 8 provinces were assessed by the revised evaluate table includes job-burnout, job-stress, turnover intention and job-satisfaction. Results (1)Lack of work independence, role faintness and work load have obvious relationship with reduced work efficiency; (2)Lack of work independence and workload have obvious effect on emotional exhaustion, the relationship between workload and alienation is the same; (3)Emotional exhaustion and reduced work efficiency have obvious effect on job-satisfaction; (4)There are obvious relationship between emotional exhaustion, alienation and the intention of turnover.
