摘要
目的以考试焦虑为切入点考察学生的心理健康意识和自我教育状况。方法结合问卷调查法和访谈法,调查长沙市某中学54名初三学生。结果学生考试焦虑程度偏高,且女生高于男生。学生的心理健康意识较强,自我教育能力较高,能自觉运用适当的方法解决问题、有学习心理学相关知识的强烈愿望和主动求助意识。结论学校心理健康教育活动的开展有利于增强学生自觉维护心理健康的意识。
Objective To investigate consciousness on mental health and condition of self-education for junior students, taking the example of test anxiety as the starting point. Methods Scale and interview were administrated to junior high school students in Grade 3. Results Students' test anxiety is high, and girls higher than boys. Their consciousness of mental health is strong, and their capability of self-educatlon is well, because they can solve mental problem with proper means, have the willing to learn something about mentality knowledge, and seek for professional help on their own initiative. Mental health education in middle school is beneficial to enhance students' consciousness of mental health.
