摘要
研究了晶须定向排布工艺及其复合材料的力学性能。通过挤制成型,较好地完成了晶须的一维定向排布或择优取向。结果表明,晶须定向排布能同时较大幅度地提高复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性,充分地发挥了晶须的增韧补强作用。
The whisker orientation arrangement and mechanical properties of the compeites are studied. Through extrusion, nearly 1-dimensi0nal orientation arrangement of whiskers has been obtuined. It is found that dramatic improvements in bending strength and fracture toughness can be achieved by whiskers orientation arrangement, which improves the effects of whisker rein forcing and toughening simultaneously.
