角膜厚度的测量方法及其临床进展

Clinical advances on measurements of corneal thickness

20世纪50年代以来,随着角膜厚度在青光眼诊断治疗中的地位不断突出以及近年来屈光手术的蓬勃发展,角膜厚度测量日益受到了学者的关注,测量仪器不断推陈出新,测量结果亦更合理准确。目前可用于角膜厚度测量的仪器很多,本文就当前临床上常用的几种测量仪器的特点及其进展做一综述。

Since 1950s,with the increasing important of corneal thickness in diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma,and with the increasing popularity of refractive surgery in recent years,the measurement of corneal thickness has become increasingly important.Many new modalities of measurement have become commercially available.In this review,the different methods and techniques of measurement and their recent advances are briefly presented.
