摘要
采用自制的MPLA材料,进行了有关预防椎板切除术后纤维瘢痕粘连的研究,研究结果表明,用MPLA作介植材料起了6个方面的作用,有效地预防了椎板切除后的纤维瘢痕粘连,尤其是再生椎板骨的主动过程,对防治这种综合症起到关键作用。
The research on prevention of fibroscar adhesion after lumbar laminectomy has been made by use of the modified polylactide (MPLA). The biodegradable polymer, MPLA, is in interpositing and is taken six important effects. Among these efects, the regeneration of lumbar vertebrae after laminectomy has the crucial significance for preventing the adhesion as well as for the therapy of the failed back syndrome.
