摘要
目的了解妇科医护人员对尿失禁相关知识的掌握情况及所持态度。方法应用自设问卷,采用简单抽样方法向北京市4家三级甲等医院妇科医护人员发放问卷125份,并对调查结果进行分析。结果妇科医护人员的尿失禁相关知识缺乏,医生的总体得分高于护士,31~40岁年龄组和中级职称的医生对尿失禁相关知识掌握情况分别好于≤30岁、≥43岁年龄组和初级职称的医生(P<0.05),有尿失禁诊治经验的医生好于没有的;50.8%的医生认为目前对尿失禁重视程度不够,仅32.8%的医生和24.1%的护士认为在评估患者生活质量时,除了评估溢尿本身的症状外,还应评估对日常生活、性生活及精神心理的影响。结论应加强妇科医护人员的尿失禁相关教育培训,提高尿失禁诊治水平。
Objective To investigate the awareness of gynecologic medical staffs on urinary incontinence ( UI ) . Methods Questionnaire on Ol knowledge and attitude designed for the study was used to investigate 125 gynecologic medical staffs in four hospitals in Beijing. Results Gynecologic medical staffs were lack of awareness of Ol. Doctors obtained higher score than nurses. Doctors at the age of 31~40 were scored higher than those of 23~32 or ≥43 group. Those who had experience of diagnosis and treatment of UI scored higher than those not (P〈 0.05). Among the doctors, 50. 8% believed more attention should be paid to UI. For assessment of UI, 32.8% of doctors and 24.1% of nurses believed that the not only the symptoms of urine leaking, but also the impact on daily life, sexual life and psychiatry. Conclusions Knowledge and training related to UI should be updated for gynecologic medical staffs, who play their roles in UI screening, prevention and health education.
