摘要
患儿女．7岁。因右侧面部暗红色结节、溃疡5个月就诊。5个月前患者右侧面颊无明显诱因出现一小而硬的暗红色结节，逐渐增大，表面破溃，之后又出现2个同样的结节，呈线状排列，表面发生溃疡、可挤出黄色脓液，无自觉症状，曾就诊于当地医院诊断为孢子丝菌病，给予特比萘芬0．125g口服，每日1次，14天后溃疡好转出院，继续服药1个月，但未完全治愈，既往体健．否认外伤史．
