Pathogenesis of bowenoid papulosis

鲍恩样丘疹病是一种较少见的肛周外生殖器疾病，该病与尖锐湿疣和鲍恩病有诸多相似之处。研究提示，鲍恩样丘疹病主要是由高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染引起，机体免疫系统改变对其有促进作用。感染细胞致癌蛋白p53和p16的异常表达、端粒酶活性的增高与鲍恩样丘疹病的发生发展密切相关。细胞凋亡在鲍恩样丘疹病的良性生物学行为中可能起一定作用。

Bowenoid papulosis is an uncommon dermatosis usually invading the crissum and genitals, and is similar to condyloma acuminata and bowen＇s disease in many manfestations. As studies indicate, bowenoid papulosis is mainly triggered by high-risk types of human papillomavirus and the changes in host immune system may contribute to its development. The abnormal expression of oncoprotein P53 and P16 as well as the increase of telomerase are closely related to the occurrence and development of bowenoid papulosis. Cell apoptosis may account for the benign biological behavior of bowenoid papulosis.
