摘要
筒形件强旋时 ,由于不均匀的塑性变形 ,在旋压件内产生残余应力。残余应力的大小及其分布规律对旋压件的使用性能有重要的影响。本文用弹塑性有限元法对旋压件内的残余应力进行了预测 ,求得了减薄率、进给比、旋轮工作角、毛坯壁厚、材料性能等因素对残余应力分布的影响。并将有限元计算结果与实测结果进行了比较。
Because of the nonuniform plastic deformation,residual stresses occur in spun parts. The magnitude and distribution of residual stresses have an important influence on used property of spun parts.In this paper,residual stresses of spun parts have been estimated by elasto- plastic FEM. The influence of the process parameters( reduction in thickness,feed,roller angle,blank thickness, material properties,etc.) on the residual stress distribution has been obtained.The calculated results are compared favourably with experimental results.
