摘要
内皮素系统包括内皮素及其受体。该系统能够单独或者协同α-黑素细胞刺激素、干细胞因子和编码性别相关转录因子等信号分子调节黑素细胞的发育、分化、增殖、黑素合成、黏附和移行,并在色素沉着过度、白癜风和黑素瘤等皮肤色素障碍性疾病的发病过程中起着重要的作用。因此,深入研究内皮素系统与色素障碍性疾病的关系,以及研发选择性作用于内皮素受体的新型药物将为某些色素障碍性皮肤病的治疗提供新的思路和方法。
The endothelin system is composed of endothelins and endothelin receptors. The development, differentiation, proliferation, melanogenesis, adhesion and migration of melanocytes could be regulated by the endothelin system alone or in combination with alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, stem cell factor, sex determining region Y-box 10, etc. It also plays crucial roles in the pathogenic processes of a variety of skin pigment disorders, such as cutaneous hyperpigmentation, vitiligo, melanoma, etc. Therefore, the further investigation into the relationship between endothelin system and skin pigment disorders, as well as the development of novel endothelin receptor antagonists would provide new ideas for and approaches to the treatment of skin pigment disorders.
