介入疗法在中晚期原发性肝癌的治疗中有一定的发展前景,介入治疗后的疗效问题一直为临床所关注,影像学评价是最为常用的手段,本文介绍了原发性肝癌在介入治疗后血供改变的研究进展和CT、MRI、DSA、PET/CT及USG在介入治疗后的评价。

Interventional therapy is a prospective therapy in the treatment of moderate and advanced primary hepatic carcinoma, and the therapeutic effect, which is drawn attention by the clinic, is commonly evaluated by medical imageology. This article introduces the advancement of the changed blood supply of primary hepatic carcinoma,and the evaluation of neotype image documentation equipment, such as CT/MRI DSA, PET/CT and USG, in post-interventional therapy.
