摘要
通过分析不锈钢在冲裁时的主要性能变化，重点论述了在冲出１６个交错孔之后，再进行成形过程中出现的问题及预防措施，提出了采用再结晶退火软化处理是提高零件抗破裂的一个重要解决办法。
By analysis to main property changing of stainless steel in stamping, mainly describe problems occurred during forming and the precaution after 16 zigzag holes have been stamped.And in the last, the author proposes a main solution to improve crack resistance with adopting softening annealing treatment of recrystallization.
