摘要
以焊缝材料疲劳断裂前裂纹长度为输出参数,根据金属材料疲劳断裂的过程理论,利用可靠性技术中的漂移设计原理,对焊缝材料在一定循环次数下的失效率或给定不失效率的循环次数的可靠性计算方法进行了探讨。结合实例,对在给定循环次数和可靠度的条件下,对焊缝材料抗疲劳断裂强度进行了可靠性设计。
Fatigue fracture often happens in welded joint with high strength in engineering practice.The reliability of weld anti fatigue in safe shonld be estimated.According to fatigue fracture theory of metal material and drift principle in reliability technology,the method to calcalate the reliability under the failure rate with a certain cycle numbers or under the cycle numbers without failure was discussed by using crack-length before weld fatigue fracture as output parameter.A praitical example was used to design the reliability of anti fatigue failure strength of weld under the condition of the given cycle numbers and reliability.
