摘要
在系统分析中频压缩弯管变形机理的基础上,推导出弯管最大壁厚减薄率、最小相对弯曲半径的计算公式,并提出减小壁厚减薄率、减小相对弯曲半径的主要途径。
Based on analysing the forming mechanism of compressed-winding pipe using medium-frequency heating,the computing formulas for wall thickness reduction rate and Min.bend radius are put forward.Present the main channels to reduce wall thickness reduction rate and bend radius.
