siRNA作为小分子药物的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)主要通过长度只有21~22个核苷酸的小分子干扰RNA(siRNA)与含其互补序列的基因相结合,并抑制该基因的表达,将设计过的siRNA双链作为药物,通过病毒载体表达siRNA前导序列,经细胞间的传递到达药物作用部位,从而达到基因治疗的目的。本文对以siRNA小分子为基础的药物研究进展及其应用的潜在障碍进行了综述。
