摘要
采用汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪和焊接过程高速摄影,测试分析了在CO2气体保护焊条件下,实心焊丝电弧物理特性,发现熔滴短路时间大于1ms,正常短路频率越高,平均短路时间越短,飞溅越小,焊接过程越稳定。提出用24V/180A参数下大于1ms平均短路时间、熔滴平均短路频率和短路时间大于4ms短路频率作为判据来定量评价实心焊丝工艺性。
The arc physical character of CO2 arc welding with solid wire was analyzed by Analysator Hannover and high-speed camera. The results shows that the short-circuiting frequency is higher; short-circuiting time is shorter; spatter will be less and welding process will be more stable when short-circuiting time is more than 1 ms. The usability of solid wire can be quantificationally evaluated by mean short-circuiting time which is in excess of 1 ms, and mean short-circuiting frequency, and short-circuit frequency when short-circuiting time is longer than 4 ms in the 24 V/180 A parameters.
