外伤性高位脊髓损伤的治疗策略与临床评价
摘要
高位脊髓损伤常会因呼吸、心跳中枢损伤及膈神经麻痹，出现呼吸、心跳停止，导致患者当场死亡，即便有幸存活，如得不到及时恰当救治也会出现严重后果。因此，必须充分重视高位脊髓损伤的治疗，但目前治疗策略和方法仍存在一定争议。回顾总结分析我们治疗的47例患者，将我们的治疗经验报告如下。
