癌胚抗原嵌合锚定T细胞对胃癌的体内外抑癌效应观察 被引量:3

摘要 增强免疫水平对提高胃癌疗效十分重要,我们利用共刺激信号CD3ζ对T细胞的活化作用和抗癌胚抗原(CEA)单链抗体的识别功能,构建真核表达载体。在此基础上制备CEA阳性嵌合锚定T细胞,观察其对CEA阳性胃癌裸鼠的抑癌效应,以期探讨嵌合锚定T细胞对消化道肿瘤的治疗作用。
