结直肠癌缺失基因201单核苷酸多态性与结直肠癌的相关性研究

摘要 结直肠癌缺失基因(DCC)因位于结直肠癌高频杂合缺失区域18q21而被认为是抑癌基因。重组腺病毒携带DCC基因转染多种癌细胞株均发现其能诱发凋亡。研究表明,DCC能与netrin-1结合共同介导轴突细胞间的黏附和分化,并在结直肠癌中发现netrin-1的异常表达。鉴于DCC基因序列中168位的单核苷酸多态性引起的氨基酸替换与恶性肿瘤淋巴转移相关联,
