摘要
微创椎体间融合术中所应用的椎间融合器(interbody fusion cage,简称Cage)是基于“撑开-压缩”原理:利用Cage置入后的撑开力量使椎间盘纤维环和前、后纵韧带处于张力状态,而自身重力及椎旁肌肉的动态收缩,两种力作用相反,使Cage达到稳定状态;配合脊柱内固定器械,Cage能够维持融合椎间隙的高度,获得运动节段生物力学稳定,达到满意的融合率。
