CD138 bag-1在乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究细胞粘附分子CD138、抗凋亡基因bag-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化两步法对100例手术切除的乳腺癌石蜡包埋组织进行CD138、bag-1、ER的检测,并收集全部患者的临床病理资料。进行统计学分析。结果:1)CD138在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为46%,明显低于癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达(100%)(P<0.01);bag-1在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为76%,明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达(15%)(P<0.01)。2)CD138、bag-1的表达均与病理类型、临床分期、ER表达无关(P>0.05);与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)。3)CD138与bag-1密切相关。bag-1表达(-)、(+)、(++)、(+++)时CD138阳性表达率分别为91.7%、35.3%、34.5%和15.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CD138在乳腺癌组织中低表达、bag-1在乳腺癌组织中高表达,二者的表达均与病理类型、临床分期、ER表达无关,与淋巴结转移有关,对乳腺癌激素治疗的判断意义不大;CD138与bag-1关系密切,随着bag-1阳性表达率增高,CD138阳性表达率下降,二者呈负相关。两者在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。可以联合作为早期诊断乳腺癌的一种生物学标记,并可作为预测乳腺癌转移与预后的重要参考指标。 Objective: To detect the expressinn of the eellular adhesion molecule CD138 and anti-apoptntie gene bag-1 in breast cancer and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods: A total of 100 paraffin-embedded breast cancer specimens were screened for expression of CD138 and bag-1 with iminunohistochemistry.The related elinicopathological data were collected. The relationship of the expression of CD138 and bag-1 with the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results: 1) The rate of expressiun of CD138 was lower in cancer tissues (46.0%) than in normal breast tissues (100%)(P〈0.01). The rate of expression of bag-1 was higher in cancer tissues (76.0%) than in the normal breast tissues (15.0%)(P〈0.01). 2) The expression of CD138 and hag-1 was correlated wilh lymph node metastasis but was not correlated with pathological type, clinical staging, or expression of estrngen receptor. 3) The expression of bag-1 was siguifieantly negatively correlated with that of CD138 (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Breast cancer tissues present with decreased expression of CD138 and increased expression or bag-1. CD138 and bag-1 may play important roles in the development of breast cancer and can be used as biological markers for breast cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
