摘要
从API油管螺纹的牙型特点和密封机理入手,分析了锥度误差、螺距误差和牙型误差等因素对API油管螺纹连接密封性能的影响。根据从事油管螺纹加工、质量控制的实践经验,阐述了油管螺纹加工时产生锥度误差、螺距误差和牙型误差的原因。认为螺距公差、油管螺纹梳刀制造公差是造成油管螺纹连接密封性能差的最主要因素。最后介绍了用普通靠模车床等常规设备加工出符合API标准的油管螺纹的控制措施。
Based on the teeth pattem characteristic and sealing mechanism of API tubing threads, the influence of the taper error, pitch error and teeth pattem error on the sealing performance of the AnI tubing thread connection. According to the experience of tubing thread machining and quality control, the causes for the above-mentioned errors are expounded, and it is thought that the pitch tolerance and the machining tolerance of the threads are the main factors causing the bad sealing performane of the thread connection. The measures for improving the sealing performance of the tubing thread are pasented.
